Mission Statement

Providing a foundation for the youth of San Benito County that will expose, educate, foster and generate interest in the culinary and hospitality industry.

This is accomplished through community sponsored youth internships, mentorship programs, scholarships and interactive field trips.

As mentors, the leaders of today are developing interest and excellence in the leaders of tomorrow.

Organization's Goals

• Build a permanent endowment with funds contributed by individuals and institutions

• Contribute to the development and enhancement of a Culinary & Hospitality curriculum at the local educational level

• Implement a Scholarship Award Program

• Utilize our personal and business assets to further our mission
